I’ve purchased a clone ECU, how do I send my faulty part to you?

You can either us your own courier or purchase a DHL collection through our store here

If you are using your own courier please send your parcel to:

With your order number and contact details in the box

Do I have to send you my faulty ECU?

You only have to send us your faulty part if you have purchased a clone replacement unless we advise you otherwise. You will see this option when you add the ECU to your cart

My ECU replacement has arrived but it hasn’t fixed my problem, what do I do now?

We will be happy to assist. Please fill in our Tech Support form here. Once the form has been submitted we will open a support ticket and one of our technical team will be in touch once they've reviewed your query
