This ECU can be supplied in two ways:
Option 1 - Recoded:
A Recoded ECU will be supplied with pre-programmed data from your car default settings (ABS, A/C, Cruise Control, etc) and immobiliser data.
It will be ready to Plug & Play, no need for key programming or any other modification.
For the free Recode you need to send your old ECU to us so we can transfer the data from your ECU into the replacement ECU, once recoded (1-2 working days), the replacement ECU will be posted to you ready to Plug & Play.
Option 2 - Reset ECU:
A reset ECU means that the ECU is in the same software state as a brand new ECU directly from Main Dealer. Therefore it will need to be programmed by a main dealer or a qualified technician before used.
