This ECU can be supplied in 3 different conditions: Unlocked (decoded), Reset or Recoded. 

Option 1: Unlocked (decoded) 

The ECU is supplied ready to Plug and Play, no wiring or modification are required on the car. 

If this option is chosen it is highly recommended to have an after market immobiliser fitted to your vehicle.

Option 2: Reset 

A reset ECU means the ECU is in same software state as a brand new ECU direct from Main Dealer. Therefore it will need to be programmed by a main dealer or a qualified technician before use.

Option 3: With free Recode (recommended) 

 A Recoded ECU will be supplied with pre-programmed data from your car default settings (ABS, A/C, Cruise Control, etc) and immobiliser data. 

 It will be ready to Plug & Play, no need for key programming or any other modification.

For the free Recode you need to send your old ECU to us so we can transfer the data from your ECU into the replacement ECU, once recoded (1-2 working days), the replacement ECU will be posted to you ready to Plug & Play.
