Diagnosing Your Vehicle’s Fault Made Easy

Are you unsure what’s causing your vehicle’s fault?

Or perhaps it’s an intermittent issue that doesn’t appear on a bench test?

Maybe you’ve already purchased a replacement ECU from us, and it still hasn’t solved the problem?

With our Diagnostic Trial, you have two weeks to try the replacement ECU. If it doesn’t fix your issue, simply send it back!

(Subject to restock fees and shipping deductions, as outlined below. Exclusions apply.)

How Our Diagnostic Trial Works:

1. Place your order online and pay for the replacement ECU as usual.

2. When your ECU arrives, test it in your vehicle. If it doesn’t resolve the fault, return it to us. This way, you can confidently rule out the ECU as the issue and continue diagnosing the fault elsewhere. (Refer to the restocking fee information below.)

3. If the replacement resolves the problem—fantastic! You’ve already got your solution without needing to send anything for testing or pay test fees. It’s a win-win.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee is deducted from your refund once the ECU has been received back in our warehouse. The restocking fee is £109.99+VAT

Important Notes:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, which can be booked [here].

International orders with a Clone service may incur additional shipping costs.

If the returned unit shows any damage, an additional fee may apply to cover repair costs, up to the full ECU value if irreparable. Damage includes, but is not limited to: broken warranty seals, water damage, incorrect power connection, misuse, or tampering.

ECUs marked as Locked (No Warranty) are not eligible for return under the Diagnostic Trial.

The Diagnostic Trial is available only within the EU. Non-EU customers, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
